Robin Rollinger se zabývá fenomenologií a rakouskou filosofií. Kromě toho publikuje v oblasti logiky a psychologie 19. století. Mezi jeho významné publikace patří Husserl's Position in the School of Brentano (1999) a Austrian Phenomenology (2008). Je autorem mnoha časopiseckých článků a editorem dvou svazků sebraných spisů E. Husserla (Husserliana).
