This monographic study focuses on topological phenomenology. Specifically, it is an analysis of Heidegger's "Topology of Being", the core of which is the effort to understand the phenomenological ontology of being as a place, respectively as locality (Ortschaft). The text closely follows Heidegger's thought development, captured by the three key terms: sense-truth-space. The monograph also deals with Heidegger's influence on the Merleau-Ponty's concept of phenomenological topology. This is a revised and completed version of the author's Czech monograph, translated to German: The Spaceship of Being. Study on Heidegger's Topology (Togga, Prague 2011).
